Richmond, VA – After sacrificing his entire right leg in Iraq, U.S. Senate candidate Daniel Gade opens up about having over 40 surgeries in recovery and slams Warner for profiting off American’s pain by taking $689 thousand dollars from big Pharma in new TV ad.

In 2005, Gade was wounded by a roadside bomb in Ramadi, Iraq. The injury was Gade’s second wounding. Gade was awarded two Purple Hearts, the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit. Meanwhile, Warner was taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from big Pharma.

Gade’s TV ad will air in Washington, DC, Norfolk and Richmond media markets.

Since being wounded in Iraq, I have had over 40 surgeries. So I understand the importance of quality healthcare, but Mark Warner doesn’t.

He claims to care about us, but he took over $600 thousand dollars from pharmaceutical companies that profit off our pain. And he voted against COVID relief for Virginia families.

I am Daniel Gade and I approve this message because I will always fight for affordable healthcare and prescription drugs and to protect people with pre-existing conditions. After all that’s me.
